Terry Sharkey

Terry Sharkey is an Area Operations Director with extensive experience in public and private sectors across the UK and the Middle East. Previously, they served as Mental Health Implementation Manager for Hamad Medical Corporation, where they directed the National Mental Health Strategy in Qatar, and as the Executive Director for the National Mental Health Programme at the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar. Terry has also held various leadership roles, including Clinical Delivery Manager at NHS England and General Manager at Tees, Esk & Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, managing projects and teams focused on mental health and operational transformation. Currently, they are responsible for delivering urgent care services at PHL Group, ensuring high-performance standards across the North East.
