Adam Serrano

Adam Serrano possesses extensive experience in operations and business optimization, currently serving as the Director of Operations - Business Optimization at WM since October 2015, after progressing through various managerial roles. Prior to WM, Adam worked at Prisma Graphic from September 2012 to October 2015, holding positions such as Account Executive and New Business Development Specialist, where responsibilities included aiding clients with marketing strategies. Additional experience includes a role as a Promotional Coordinator at Arizona Snowbowl and participation in the Google Online Marketing Challenge at Grand Canyon University, where Adam led efforts to promote a non-profit using Adwords. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Grand Canyon University, acquired between 2009 and 2013.
