Heather Dana

Heather Dana is a highly experienced phlebotomy professional with a diverse background in healthcare and client services. Currently serving as a Phlebotomy Instructor at Phlebotomy Training Specialists since January 2022, Heather has previously held roles as a Program Coordinator at Wide Horizons, Inc. and as a Phlebotomist at Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare for nearly eleven years. Additional experience includes serving as Team Lead/Examiner at Provant Health and providing paramedical examinations at Quality Mobile Exams, alongside earlier roles as a Phlebotomist with Registry Network and St. Margaret's. Heather also has experience in customer service and sales as a Loan Consultant at Eloan. Educational qualifications include attendance at Illinois Valley Community College from 2001 to 2002.
