Phlete Serenus is a vehicle logistics company helping dealerships, service centers, and fleet operators offer pickup and delivery for maintenance—without hiring drivers or adding operational complexity.

Founded by Pocket Ninjas, Inc., incorporated in 2016, Phlete Serenus is the result of nearly a decade of disciplined concept development, market research, and real-world validation. Throughout this process, our team tested and piloted vehicle logistics workflows with large global corporations and regional service centers, gaining firsthand insight into persistent operational gaps across service and fleet environments.

Phlete Serenus was built to address those gaps by providing insured, background-checked drivers who manage vehicle pickup and return for service appointments—keeping customers productive, service bays full, and fleets compliant.

We also take a differentiated approach to workforce and sustainability. Phlete Serenus is designed to offer professional drivers a clear pathway to full-time W-2 employment, creating stability and long-term opportunity beyond traditional gig models. In parallel, our services support timely vehicle maintenance, which contributes to improved vehicle performance, reduced emissions, and longer vehicle life.

Our focused approach to a clearly defined addressable market has informed a scalable business model and long-term growth strategy.

Phlete Serenus currently operates in the DC–Maryland–Virginia region and is onboarding dealership, service center, and fleet partners through pilot programs.
