Ben is an expert in infrared detectors, completing his PhD at the University of Sheffield in 2016. Driven by his vision for Phlux, he is leading the team to revolutionise infrared sensing and was awarded a Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Fellowship in 2020.
To unwind, Ben can usually be found rock climbing in the peak district.
