Iain Ness

Iain Ness serves as Finance Director at Phlux Technology and Head of Finance at FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics, where they contribute expertise in financial leadership within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Previously, they held various positions including Financial Controller at Nimble Approach and Group Head of Finance at OSL Group Holdings Ltd. Iain began their career as a Trainee Accountant at AESSEAL and later worked as a Management Accountant at Firth Rixson. Iain holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Sheffield and a Master's degree in English from the University of Oxford, along with being a CIMA Passed Finalist.
