Mikko Mattsson has been working in the customer service and technical support field since 2012, starting as a Technical Expert before transitioning to the role of Customer Service Manager at Vivago Oy. Currently, Mikko is the Service Manager IT-Infra & EUS at PHM Group. Mikko received education from Heltech / Stadin ammattiopisto / Helsingin kaupunki from 2009 to 2012.
