Clément François

Clément François has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Clément currently works as a Partner and Head of HTA and Market Access Operations at Putnam PHMR since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Researcher at Aix-Marseille University starting from January 2017. Clément also had a significant tenure at Creativ-Ceutical, where they held the positions of Executive Vice President HEOR and PRMA from March 2019 to January 2023, and Executive VP HEOR from October 2017 to January 2023. In their earlier career, Clément worked at Lundbeck, where they held multiple positions including VP US HEOR, Divisional Director Global Outcomes Research, Head of Department Health Economics, Head of Section Health Economics, and HEOR Manager. Clément also gained experience as a Scientist du Contingent at Direction Générale de l'Armement and as an Econometrician at the Public Health Department of the University of Marseilles.

Clément François has a diverse education background. In 1994-1995, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III. In 2003-2004, they attended the University of York and acquired a Diploma in Health Economics. Building on this, they pursued their studies at the University of Marseilles from 2006 to 2010, completing their PhD in Health Economics. In 2014, they attended the University of Lyon for a short duration, earning an Accreditation to supervise research. Additionally, in September 2018, Clément François obtained a certification in GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from LinkedIn.
