Mateusz Nikodem

Mateusz Nikodem has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mateusz currently works as the Director of RWE & Data Analytics at Putnam PHMR since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant in HEOR at Putnam PHMR from October 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Putnam PHMR, Mateusz worked at Creativ-Ceutical as a Senior Consultant in HEOR from August 2020 to October 2022. Mateusz was responsible for mathematical and statistical modeling, programming, and data analytics in the field of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), particularly focused on evidence synthesis and real-world evidence. Mateusz also managed HEOR projects and parts projects related to data analytics.

Mateusz previously served as a University Lecturer at the Medical University of Warsaw from October 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Certara Evidence & Access as a Methodology Development Coordinator from July 2012 to July 2020.

Earlier in their career, Mateusz held the role of Assistant and pursued their PhD in mathematics at AGH University of Science and Technology from October 2007 to September 2018. Mateusz also worked as a Senior Biostatistics Specialist at Arcana Institute from August 2008 to June 2012, and as an Account Manager at Capgemini from April 2007 to September 2007.

Mateusz Nikodem completed their Master's degree in Mathematics at AGH University of Krakow from 2002 to 2007. Mateusz then pursued their PhD studies in theoretical computer science/discrete mathematics at Jagiellonian University from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, Mateusz attended AGH University of Krakow again and earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mathematics in 2014.
