Prior to this role, Christoforos held various management positions at wagamama from May 2017 to September 2022, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Assistant Manager. Experience also includes working as an Assistant Manager at Ping Pong Dim Sum from February 2015 to May 2017 and as an IT Support Engineer at Rousis LED Systems from December 2013 to June 2014. Christoforos holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering, Information Technology from the University of West London and a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics and Computer Technology from the Technological Educational Institute of Western Macedonia.
