Massimiliano Lucci is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Openings Manager and General Manager at Pho Restaurant since July 2019. Prior to this role, Massimiliano held the position of General Manager at Tombo Café from July 2017 to July 2019 and worked at Imperial College Union from June 2013 to August 2017 as Bar Duty Manager for The Foundry Bar & Kitchen, where responsibilities included staff recruitment, training, and motivation. Massimiliano began in the hospitality sector as Bar Supervisor and Shift Leader at Milk Tea and Pearl from July 2013 to March 2014. Massimiliano holds a BA in Accounting and Management from Birkbeck, University of London, completed in 2020, and obtained a classical studies qualification from Liceo Classico Marco Tullio Cicerone in 2011.
