Currently serving as the General Manager at Pho Restaurant since April 2022, Matthew previously held positions as Operations Manager at The Brook: Plant-Based Feasting, Operations Support Manager at TLC Inns, and Sales Manager at Soham Carpets and Soft Furnishings. Earlier roles at Pho Restaurant and TLC Inns focused on general management, overseeing high-volume operations, P&L accountability, and team leadership.
