Amanda Mahoney has held a variety of roles in the past decade. Amanda started their career in 2004 as a Front Desk Supervisor for the Chiropractic Clinic of Snellville and a Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach, where they taught basic and advanced skills and fostered a strong sense of teamwork among players. In 2013, they became a Specialist at Apple, where they inspired customer excitement around Apple products and ensured customers left with the best product for their needs. In 2014, they joined AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they excited customers about new technology, probed and actively listened to understand customer needs, and created personalized solutions to fit those needs. In 2017, they joined Phobio as a Customer Support Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Team Lead, and Customer Support Advocate.

Amanda Mahoney attended the University of West Georgia from 2003 to present, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters.
