Genya Szmuch, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Global People & Culture Lead at Phocas Software since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, Genya held the position of Director, HRBP at Trailer Park Group from January to December 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a Human Resource Business Partner Group and enhancing organizational processes.
