Carolina Pineda

Carolina Pineda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carolina started their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh and later worked as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works in 2014. Carolina then transitioned into the field of copywriting, working as a Copywriter at Graphic Fusion Design from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Freelance Web Designer and Copywriter and continued this role until 2017 when they joined Phocos as a Marketing Specialist. During their time at Phocos, they also served as a Mural Co-Director at the City of Vermillion, SD from February to June 2017. Additionally, Carolina gained teaching experience as a Teacher Assistant at The University of South Dakota from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Optometrist Technician at Dr. Koralewski & Associates from April 2012 to December 2013. Overall, Carolina has demonstrated their versatility and adaptability through various roles in marketing, sales, copywriting, and teaching.

Carolina Pineda attended Catalina Foothills High School from 2006 to 2009, where they did not earn a degree or have a specified field of study. Carolina then went on to Southwest University of Visual Arts from 2010 to 2014, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Illustration. Following that, they pursued their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Painting at the University of South Dakota from 2016 to 2017.
