Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams, Ph.D., is the Vice President and Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Benefit Officer at Phoebe Putney Health System, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic plan for diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement. Jennifer has extensive experience in organizational development, having previously served as a Deputy Director of Policy & Administration for the City of Atlanta's Homeless Continuum of Care and as an independent consultant specializing in leadership development and change management. Prior roles in state government included Education Quality Director and Statewide Program Manager with a focus on program performance and educational support for vulnerable populations. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy & Administration from Walden University, an MPA in Government Contracting from Troy University, a BA in English from Clark University, and an associate degree in Legal Studies from Becker College.
