Paula Cheng

Paula (Yang) Cheng is a Software Project Lead at Phoenix American Financial Services, focusing on supporting technology projects from initiation to implementation since January 2022. Previously, as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Harmonic Fund Services, Paula orchestrated expert data analytics for a private equity loan organization and collaborated on the development of two innovative loan operating systems. At TD Securities, Paula served as an Analyst, coordinating client relationships for high-value commercial clients and applying advanced lending activity expertise. Earlier, Paula held consecutive positions at TD, starting as a Lending Advisor and advancing to Manager, where strategic business objectives and the development of a new lending product prototype were achieved. Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering from Western University and a Bachelor of Textile Engineering from Donghua University.
