Allen Tucker

Allen Tucker, MSN RN, serves as the Trauma Program Manager at Phoenix Children's since August 2023, bringing extensive experience from various healthcare institutions. From November 2017 to present, Allen has held multiple roles at Banner Health, including Interim Trauma Program Manager and Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator, as well as serving as a Trauma and Emergency Department RN. Previous positions include Registered Nurse at Northern Arizona Healthcare and HonorHealth, where Allen also worked as an Emergency Department RN. Allen's early career includes roles at Maricopa Medical Center, St. Luke's Medical Center, and Arizona Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed emergency care and coordination in the Emergency Department. Allen holds a Master's of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Carrington College-Phoenix.
