Jill Haydusko

Jill Haydusko, MBA, MSN, RN, NE-BC, Alumnus CCRN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jill began their career at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in 1995, where they worked as a PICU Clinical Leader and Staff Nurse, receiving accolades from patients for their exceptional care. Jill then worked at Phoenix Children's Hospital as a PICU Clinical Supervisor from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they joined HONORHEALTH SCOTTSDALE SHEA MEDICAL CENTER as a PRN Staff Nurse before returning to Phoenix Children's Hospital later that year. At Phoenix Children's, they held various positions including Interim Clinical Manager, PICU Clinical Supervisor, and PICU Clinical Manager, during which they were responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing services in the PICU/CVICU/ECMO departments. Jill'sextensive experience and education, including an MBA and MSN, demonstrate their commitment to professional development in the field of nursing.

Jill Haydusko holds an impressive education history. Jill obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Pittsburgh from 1993 to 1997. Jill continued their education at Grand Canyon University, where they completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Leadership in Health Care Systems from 2008 to 2010. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Grand Canyon University from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in May 2020 and is recognized as an Alumnus CCRN by the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses). Furthermore, they have the certification as a Coaching in the Moment Facilitator from Cylient.
