Jordan Awerbach

Director, Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at Phoenix Children's Hospital

Jordan Awerbach currently serves as the Director of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program and Associate Director of Adult Congenital Heart Disease at Phoenix Children's Hospital, a position held since July 2019. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at Texas Children's Hospital from July 2014 to June 2017, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center from July 2017 to June 2019. Jordan completed a residency in Combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at Duke University Medical Center from July 2010 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from Tulane University School of Medicine and Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, respectively, both completed in 2010. Additionally, Jordan earned a Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology and Classical Studies from Boston University in 2003.
