Scott Foster

Scott Foster has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Scott most recently served as the Director of Executive and Provider Recruitment at Phoenix Children's starting in June 2023.

Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Strategist (Consultant) at Velocity HCM Consulting Group from January 2023 to June 2023.

From August 2017 to December 2022, Scott held the position of Vice President Talent Acquisition at GardaWorld.

Before that, they worked at SSM Health from 2007 to 2017, where they held several roles including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Workforce Development Manager, Employee Relations- Team Leader, and HR Consultant.

Scott Foster holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. Scott also has a certification as a Meyers Briggs Certified Practitioner.
