Theodore Fotias

Vice President, IT Infrastructure at Phoenix Children's Hospital

Theodore Fotias has extensive experience in the IT infrastructure field. Theodore began their career at FINOVA Capital Corporation in 2003, where they served as the Director of Network & Telecommunications. During their time there, they managed the technology group, including network infrastructure, data center, data communications, and telephony. Theodore also oversaw a large budget and was responsible for network equipment configurations, security standards, and vendor contracts. In 2008, Fotias joined Republic Services, Inc. as the Manager of Network Engineering. In this role, they led and directed the Network Engineering team, handling the day-to-day operations and support of IT systems. From 2012 to 2013, Fotias worked at Arizona State Credit Union as the Manager of IT Infrastructure, where they managed the Network Engineering team and redesigned the company's Data Network, resulting in significant cost savings. Most recently, Fotias held various positions at Phoenix Children's Hospital, starting as the Manager of IT Infrastructure in 2013, then progressing to the Director of IT Infrastructure in 2014, and ultimately becoming the Vice President of IT Infrastructure in 2017.

Theodore Fotias obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1990 and 1994.
