Tracy Miller Herbert

Tracy Miller Herbert has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on pediatric surgery. Tracy started their career at St. Louis Children's Hospital in 1991 as a Staff Nurse and worked there until 1999. Tracy then joined St. Louis Children's Hospital again in 1999 as a Staff Nurse, and later transitioned to the role of Charge/Staff Nurse in the Ambulatory Procedure Center from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Phoenix Children's Hospital as a Clinical Supervisor and held that position until 2012. Tracy then became the Clinical Manager of the East Valley Surgery Center from 2012 to 2017. Following that, they served as the Clinical Manager of Preop/Pacu from 2017 to 2019. Tracy Miller Herbert currently holds the position of VP, Surgery Central at Phoenix Children's Hospital, a role they have been in since October 2019.
