Tracy Miller Herbert has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on pediatric surgery. Tracy started their career at St. Louis Children's Hospital in 1991 as a Staff Nurse and worked there until 1999. Tracy then joined St. Louis Children's Hospital again in 1999 as a Staff Nurse, and later transitioned to the role of Charge/Staff Nurse in the Ambulatory Procedure Center from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Phoenix Children's Hospital as a Clinical Supervisor and held that position until 2012.
