Vinay Vaidya has extensive experience in the medical field, primarily focused on pediatrics and critical care. Vinay began their career as a Fellow in Critical Care at Children's Hospital of New Orleans in 1992, before joining The University of Arizona as a Resident in Pediatrics in 1993. In 1994, they became a Fellow in Pediatric Critical Care at Children's National Medical Center, where they worked until 1998. During this time, they also held a faculty position at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, serving as an Assistant Professor Pediatrics and Director of the Critical Care Fellowship Program. In 2009, Vinay Vaidya joined Phoenix Children's Hospital as the Vice President and Chief Medical Information Officer, and later became the Senior Vice President in the same role in 2019.
Vinay Vaidya pursued their education in Pediatrics at Seth G.S. Medical College from 1977 to 1985, earning an M.B.B.S. and M.D. degree.
