Caroline Larsen

Caroline Larsen is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Thorpe Shwer, P.C., where expertise includes advising on various employment matters such as discrimination, wage and hour issues, and leave management. In addition to this role, Caroline serves as a Board Member for the Grammy® Award-winning Phoenix Chorale, supporting Arizona's choral community. Previous positions include Shareholder at Ogletree Deakins and Board Member at the Homeless Legal Assistance Project, along with experience as an Associate at Bryan Cave LLP and Account Executive at Bernard Hodes Group.
