Elie Tawileh is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in human capital and organizational development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Phoenix Consulting International since March 2022, Tawileh previously operated as a self-employed management consultant from June 2011 to March 2022, catering to significant clients such as the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Doha, Qatar. Prior to this, Tawileh held several leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on HR strategy and service delivery between 1981 and 2011.
