Mike Hegner

Mike Hegner has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Mike is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Phoenix Door Systems since October 2022. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2022, they were a Managing Partner at Willow Branch Farm, LLC, where they worked with a management team to develop sustainable, regional products and identify market channels. Mike also worked as the Director of Sales at Custom Cooler, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for developing and supporting a strong sales network. From 2012 to 2016, Mike held the position of Executive Vice President - Field Sales and Vice President - Sales & Marketing at Chase Doors, where they directed sales and marketing activities and played a key role in rebuilding the sales team. Before that, they were the President and Founder of Technical Door Systems, Inc. from 2001 to 2004, and the Vice President - Sales & Marketing at Chase Industries, Inc. from 1993 to 2001. Mike's career began as a Field Sales Representative at Chase Durus from 1986 to 1993, where they consistently achieved double-digit growth in territory sales.

Mike Hegner earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cincinnati, College of Applied Science from 1980 to 1982, focusing on Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians. Mike also attended Lincoln Technical Institute from 1977 to 1979, specializing in Auto/Truck/Diesel Technology.
