Michael Halligan has a diverse work experience, starting in 1999 as a Market Analyst at AMB Property Corporation. In 2008, they joined Phoenix East Aviation as a Flight Instructor and later took on roles such as Chief Flight Instructor, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and an FAA Airmen Certification Representative at Phoenix East Aviation.
Michael Halligan attended Worcester Academy from 1985 to 1991. Michael then went on to study at Harvard University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on American History (United States).

Founded in 1972, Phoenix East Aviation has gained recognition as one of the finest educational training facilities throughout the world. Our founder was a retired Airline Captain and a former Chairman of the U.S. Presidential Aviation Advisory Board. He was also past Vice President of the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA). His aviation backgroundand leadership skills contributed to the continual success of our school. We also have the distinction of training a NASA astronaut who walked on the Moon. The astronaut received his Airline Transport Pilot License at Phoenix East Aviation.Certified under the Federal Aviation Administration as an approved pilot school, Phoenix East Aviation can train you for any position from the ground to the flight deck. We also offer training to meet I.C.A.O.'s international flight training requirements.
