Kirstan Butler

Kirstan became the Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2021, following time as the Head of Contracts and Business Finance. On a day to day basis she looks at business change and new projects, initiatives and developments with a particular focus on the financial and legal aspects and organisational risk management. She loves to figure out how to turn ideas into a reality.

Kirstan joined Phoenix in 2008 as a finance business partner. A chartered accountant her earlier career was in Insolvency and Structured Finance.
