Roger Cuscó has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Roger is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Phoenix Games, a global family of games companies, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Product Performance Manager at Voodoo from March 2022 to September 2022.
Before entering the gaming industry, Roger worked at Socialpoint from 2016 to 2022, taking on various roles. Roger started as a Business Performance Analyst, leading market research and audience analysis projects. Roger then became a Product Manager, overseeing the development of two different games. As a Game lead, they were responsible for the overall management of a specific game. Lastly, they worked as a Senior Product Manager, leading a multidisciplinary squad and owning the roadmap for Socialpoint's top grossing game, Monster Legends.
Prior to their time at Socialpoint, Roger worked at Accenture as an Analyst in the Accenture Analytics division. There, they developed a meta-learning algorithm and assisted in setting up Qlik dashboards for clients.
Roger also had teaching experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - UPF from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Analyst at Impulse2grow from 2013 to 2015, assisting with financial controlling of tech startups and supporting venture capitalists with due diligence.
Lastly, Roger was a co-founder of Bookty Consultoranet S.L. from 2012 to 2013.
Roger Cuscó completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they also attended Queen Mary University of London as an associate student for the autumn semester. Roger then pursued a Master's Degree in Data Science at the Barcelona School of Economics from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including courses in Number Theory and Cryptography from Coursera, The Analytics Edge from edX, Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from edX, Getting and Cleaning Data from Coursera, R Programming from Coursera, and a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) from the University of Cambridge.
