Sher M. currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Group since July 2023, overseeing finance for a multi-billion dollar conglomerate listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange. Prior to this role, Sher was the Group CFO at AKJ Group from April 2022 to June 2023 and held various positions at KPMG Norway, including Director and Senior Manager, with a focus on audit and assurance in the technology and energy sectors. Additional experience includes serving as CFO for AK Jensen Group Limited, Senior Business Development Executive at NetSol Technologies Inc., and intern positions at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Privatisation Commission of Pakistan. Sher completed chartered accountancy qualifications from ICAEW and Chartered Accountants Ireland, along with an MSc from The London School of Economics, and is currently pursuing studies in Sustainable Financial Analysis at the Norwegian School of Economics.
