Russ MacConnell has a strong background in military operations, with over 29 years of experience in the US Navy. Russ has served in various roles, including as the Airboss on USS Saipan (LHA-2) and as a Director of Staff Operations at NATO. Currently, Russ holds the position of VP, Operations Analysis/Experimentation Support at the Phoenix Group of Virginia. Russ completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Baldwin Wallace University in 1976.
