David Marr

David Marr currently serves as the Group IT Performance & Commercial Director at Phoenix Group, a position held since July 2019, and also oversees Group & ServCo Change. Prior to this, David Marr was the Head of Portfolio Delivery at Standard Life Assurance, part of Phoenix Group, since March 2017. David Marr's previous roles at Standard Life Aberdeen from 2011 to March 2017 included Head of Architecture & Analysis, Head of Strategic Business Analysis, and Head of UK Operations Strategy and Transformation. Earlier, from 2008 to 2010, David Marr held positions as Head of Customer Operations Transformation and Head of Operations Development and Support. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Open University, a Master of Science in Operational Research from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Glasgow.
