Dean Grayson

Dean Grayson is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in treasury operations, having held key positions at prominent companies. Currently serving as the Head of Group Treasury Operations at Phoenix Group since May 2023, Dean previously worked as Deputy Treasury Manager at Liberty Specialty Markets and Group Treasury Controller at Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe. With prior roles including interim treasury positions at Aspen Insurance Group and Virgin, as well as Treasury Manager at Tokio Marine HCC, Dean has effectively managed cash oversight, banking relationships, and treasury team performance. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Treasury at Secure Trading and various leadership roles at QBE European Operations, alongside entrepreneurial experience as the Business Owner of Global Dance Entertainment. Dean’s education was completed at Kidbrooke School in London.
