Gill McNaughton

Gill McNaughton has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as Head of Risk at Phoenix Group since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on implementing and embedding the Group’s Risk Management Framework and providing risk consultancy. Previously at Lloyds Banking Group from August 2009 to February 2022, Gill held several senior positions, including Senior Manager in the Chief Resilience & Security Office and Senior Risk Lead on major change programmes. Other key roles included Senior Risk Partner for Life, Pensions & Investment businesses and managing the Risk Division audit plan. Earlier positions at HBOS and Bank of Scotland involved risk management and change implementation, with a focus on supporting commercial business operations and facilitating major changes.
