Helen Aird

Helen Aird serves as the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement for Savings and Retirement at Phoenix Group since October 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Business Partner. Prior experience includes roles as Colleague Experience Manager and People and Engagement Manager at Standard Life Assurance, part of Phoenix Group, from July 2018 to October 2021. Helen's early career includes significant positions at AEGON, where responsibilities spanned from Internal Communication Project Manager to Senior Internal Communications Manager, and at British Gas as an Internal Communications Officer. Helen Aird holds a degree from The Open University, completed between 2014 and 2018, and attended Lasswade High School.
