Jeneen Gill-Graham

Jeneen Gill-Graham is an experienced professional in the fields of risk management and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Head of Strategic Initiatives - Protection at Phoenix Group since May 2021. Previously held various roles within Phoenix Group, including Head of Open Strategy and Change Risk and Risk and Governance Manager for the Open Division. Jeneen also serves as a Board Trustee and Chair of the Finance and Risk Committee at Health in Mind Scotland. Prior experience includes senior positions at Standard Life Assurance and Standard Life Aberdeen, focusing on proposition governance and reporting, as well as actuarial roles at Prudential Assurance and Ernst and Young, where Jeneen specialized in longevity and insurance risk. Jeneen began a career in financial services with an industrial placement at IBM, following a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath.
