Kevin Metherell

Kevin Metherell is an accomplished professional in the field of people analytics and technology, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics and Insights at Phoenix Group since April 2024. Previously, Kevin held several key roles at Experian from December 2015 to March 2024, including Global Head of People Analytics, Insights & Innovation, where Kevin led significant transformations in People Analytics, reducing reporting obligations through automation. Other positions at Experian included Head of People Technology & Innovation and Innovations Lead for Global Workforce Analytics, where Kevin utilized data science to create advanced analytical models and employee applications. Prior experiences include roles at PwC (Saratoga), SuccessFactors, Infohrm, and AIB, demonstrating a comprehensive background in workforce analytics, technology implementation, and HR data management. Kevin holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and has pursued further education at General Assembly in 2018.
