Matt Buist

Matt Buist is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and onboarding with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and People Onboarding Coordinator at Phoenix Group since April 2023, Matt is responsible for managing internal moves and external onboarding processes. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Senior Onboarding Coordinator at Capita from June 2020 to April 2023, where supervision of a four-person sub-team and ensuring high levels of customer service were key responsibilities. Matt's career began as a Medical Records Assistant at Spire Healthcare Group plc from January 2014 to January 2020. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Heriot-Watt University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
