Michael Reed-Smith is an accomplished Customer Director at Phoenix Group since October 2020, overseeing the service and experience for over 4 million customers while guiding them in making sound financial decisions. Michael began his career at Standard Life, where Michael worked from October 1988 to February 2009 as Head of Business Retention in Marketing. Michael's educational background includes attendance at West Leeds Boys High from 1983 to 1988.
