Paige Adams

Paige Adams is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager at Phoenix Group since November 2021, Paige was a finalist for the Phoenix Values Awards 2022 for Courage. Previous roles include Internal Communications & Engagement Consultant at CrossCountry Trains, where responsibilities included delivering effective communications to stakeholders, and Senior Internal Communications Officer at Keele University, focused on staff and student engagement. Paige also served as Communications Officer at Stoke on Trent College, coordinating communications for a significant further education provider, and as Communication and Engagement Coordinator at Keele University Students' Union, where success in growing social media channels was achieved. Paige holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology with Criminology from Keele University and a Foundation Degree in Law, Social Sciences, and Communications from the University of Wolverhampton.
