Pav Randhawa

Pav Randhawa is an experienced actuary currently serving as a Planning and Forecasting Actuary at Phoenix Group since August 2021, responsible for producing the annual operating plan and updating full-year forecasts that impact key financial metrics. Previously, Pav held the position of Reporting Actuarial Analyst at ReAssure, where leadership of the Unit linked/Conventional non-profits Actuarial Reporting team was a key responsibility. Early career experiences include a Financial Analyst role at Deutsche Bank focused on Exotic Rates and trade lifecycle management, as well as a part-time Customer Advisor position at PC World. Pav also worked as an Assistant Management Accountant at Lawsons Timber Merchants during undergraduate studies, where important responsibilities included daily sales analysis and management account preparation. Education includes an IFoA FIA qualification obtained from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a degree in Maths and Business Studies from Aston University.
