Roseanna Gilfedder

Roseanna Gilfedder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program and project management, customer operations, and support roles. Currently serving as Program Management Office Manager and Project Management Officer at Phoenix Group since December 2019, Roseanna has previously held positions at Standard Life, where responsibilities included addressing customer queries and providing service resolution. Prior experience includes supporting young people with autism at Scottish Autism and tailoring educational experiences as an English Language Teacher at the John Milton Institute. Roseanna began their career in customer sales at schuh and holds a degree in International Relations from The University of Edinburgh, with a dissertation focused on the regulation of Private Military Companies in Iraq and Afghanistan.
