Simon Head

Simon Head has extensive experience in management and development within the technology sector, currently serving as Function Manager at Phoenix Group since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing a change development team and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Previously, Simon held the position of Resource Manager at ReAssure from November 2012 to March 2022, managing a diverse team of developers. Furthermore, Simon served as Software Development Manager at Trinity Expert Systems from 2008 to 2012, focusing on people and process management in a dynamic environment. Simon's career began at Capgemini UK plc, where roles spanned from Junior Programmer to Application Manager over two decades, and started with technical support at the West Midlands Regional Health Authority in 1986. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science from the University of Staffordshire, completed in 1988.
