Tim Hodgson

Tim Hodgson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in asset management and financial services. Currently serving as HRD for Asset Management and all Group Functions at Phoenix Group since January 2021, Tim is responsible for developing and leading people strategies. Key accomplishments include the organizational development integration of ReAssure group functions and conducting capability reviews across all group functions. Prior to Phoenix Group, Tim held the role of Human Resources Director at ReAssure from January 2010 to January 2021 and has also held various HR roles at Swiss Re, Enron, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., with a focus on business partnership and rewards. Tim holds a BA HONS degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
