David Dugan

David Dugan currently serves as the Associate Medical Director at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice since July 2023. With extensive experience in anesthesiology, Dugan has held positions as an anesthesiologist at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A. since March 2014 and previously at Providence Medical Center and Kansas Professional Anesthesia and Pain Management Specialists. Dugan also served as the Associate Medical Director at Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care from July 2015 to November 2023 and completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2015. Dugan earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The University of Kansas, completing residency training in anesthesiology, and holds another MD from the same institution.
