Tara Bielinski

Tara Bielinski is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and business development. Currently, Tara serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Executive Director of Keep Well ACO at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice since January 2016, while also holding the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Keep Well ACO since April 2017. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Director of Business Development at Integrity Home Care, and Regional Director of Sales at both Intrepid USA Healthcare Services and Hospice Advantage, now part of Compassus. Tara's career began as an Administrator at HCR ManorCare, followed by a role as a Community Education Specialist at INTEGRIS Health. Tara holds a Master's degree in Human Development from the University of Central Oklahoma.
