Ann-Marie Foster

Ann-Marie Foster, FACHE, currently serves as the President & CEO of Phoenix House. Prior to this role, Ann-Marie held various leadership positions at NYC Health + Hospitals for nearly two decades, overseeing administration and management of multiple departments. Ann-Marie holds a Master's of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Utica College of Syracuse University.
