Richard Turner

Richard Turner has vast experience in the field of corrections and substance abuse treatment. Richard has held executive leadership roles at Phoenix House, Maple Leaf Farm, and the Vermont Department of Corrections. Additionally, Richard has taught various courses as an adjunct instructor at colleges such as Champlain College. Turner also owns their own consulting company, Richard Turner Consulting, LLC, where Richard assists agencies in organizing and managing their operations. Richard holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University.
