Jay McHugh

Jay McHugh is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at Phoenix International Publications, Inc. since June 2015, where oversight includes all areas of IT infrastructure and support. In addition to this role, Jay has been a committeeman and member of the Project Management Committee for The Apache Software Foundation since December 2007. Prior experience includes providing transitional IT consulting for Publications International and Phoenix International Publications, as well as serving as Project Manager and Senior Programmer/Analyst at Publications International from August 2001 to December 2014. Jay started their career as a Developer at HighTower, Inc. from February 2000 to August 2001. Educationally, Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from DeVry University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
